• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy the Grounds Pass, and they agree to these terms for you.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account and payments.

Curveball.gg is free to play. Everything that is free today stays free; the Grounds Pass only adds things on top. We keep improving the game, so features, ratings, odds and balance can change over time.

Players, cards, packs, fans, achievements and every other in-game item are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or traded for real money, and we may change, rebalance or reset them as the game evolves. You get a personal right to use them inside Curveball.gg, not ownership of them.

• The Grounds Pass is a monthly subscription for $5.69 USD, plus any sales tax that applies where you live. What it includes is described on the Grounds Pass page.
• The Grounds Pass is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record). Link takes your payment, works out and pays any sales tax, and sends your receipts. The charge shows on your statement as LINK.COM*. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month and your card is charged at each renewal until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the Grounds Pass page (Manage subscription), or from your Link account at link.com. Your pass keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the card again. Your pass stays on for up to 3 days while we do; after that it pauses until a payment goes through.
• When a pass ends, your second club rests and pass-only extras are hidden. Nothing is deleted, and it all comes back if you subscribe again.
• If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, and the new price only applies from a renewal after that notice.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Don't:

• cheat, exploit bugs on purpose, or use bots or scripts to play or to collect rewards;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat, names, crests, billboards, field art or anywhere else;
• pretend to be another person, or to be us;
• upload anything you don't have the right to share;
• try to break, overload or get into parts of the site you aren't meant to.

We may remove content, mute chat, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close an account for breaking them, any remaining paid time is not refunded.

You keep the rights to what you create, like club names, crests, field art and chat messages. You give us permission to store it, show it to other players, and use it in game announcements (for example on our Discord and social accounts) for as long as it is on Curveball.gg.

You can stop playing anytime, and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@curveball.gg. If we ever shut down Curveball.gg or end the Grounds Pass, we will stop charging you and refund the unused part of your current month.

Curveball.gg is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Texas. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will let you know in the game or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Curveball.gg after that means you accept the new terms.
