Cancel anytime from the Grounds Pass page (Manage subscription), or from your Link account at link.com (Link is the Stripe service that sells the pass). You won't be charged again, and your pass keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.

Grounds Pass payments are non-refundable, including for part of a month you don't use. We will always refund you if:

• you were charged by mistake, or charged twice for the same month;
• you were charged after you had already cancelled;
• we shut down Curveball.gg or end the Grounds Pass (we refund the unused part of your month);
• the law where you live requires a refund.

To ask for one, email info@curveball.gg from the email on your account within 30 days of the charge, and tell us the date and amount. You can also ask Link support at support.link.com. Refunds include any sales tax you paid, go back to the card you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

If something looks wrong, please email us first. We can usually sort it out quickly, much faster than a card dispute.
