• Account: your email address and login details.
• Profile: your display name, avatar and crew.
• Game data: your clubs, rosters, lineups, games, stats, packs, achievements and other progress.
• Things you post: chat messages, feedback, club names, crests, field art and billboards.
• Discord, only if you link it: your Discord user ID and username, used for event rewards.
• Payments: if you buy the Grounds Pass, Stripe and Link (Stripe's checkout service, which sells the pass to you) handle your card and billing address. We keep your Stripe customer ID and your subscription's status and dates, never your card number.
• Activity: when you last signed in and which days you played, so we can understand how people use the game.
• Technical: server logs with things like your IP address and browser type, used for security and fixing problems.

• to run the game and your account;
• to show other players your public profile, clubs and games;
• to process Grounds Pass payments and keep your pass up to date;
• to send account emails and occasional game updates (every update email has an unsubscribe link);
• to keep the game fair and safe, including moderating chat;
• to understand what works and improve the game.

Your display name, avatar, crew, clubs, rosters, stats, game results, achievements and chat messages are visible to other players and, for some of it, to visitors who aren't signed in. Game announcements (like big wins and season results, with club names) may be posted to our Discord and social accounts. Your email address is never shown to other players.

• Supabase: our database and login.
• Northflank: the servers that run the game.
• Cloudflare: hosting for the website.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Stripe, including Link: Grounds Pass payments, receipts and sales tax. Link's own privacy policy covers what it keeps about your purchase.
• Discord: only if you choose to link your account.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect players and the game from fraud or abuse. These services may process data in the United States and other countries.

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings, like which club you last looked at. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information, except records we have to keep by law (for example, Stripe's payment records).

• Change your display name, avatar and club details in the game.
• Unsubscribe from update emails with the link in any of them.
• Unlink Discord from your Account page.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing info@curveball.gg.

Curveball.gg is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will let you know in the game or by email before it takes effect.
